USF Student Housing | San Francisco, California

This University in San Francisco has a need for additional student housing. The goal was to study the requirements and feasibility of removing some existing campus facilities and adding a new 210,000 SF student housing amenity to the campus. The program would include two new buildings containing 452 bedrooms (606 beds) plus amenities and underground parking. The buildings must be designed with respect to the surrounding historical neighborhood and campus as well as a steep variation in grade across the site. I completed due diligence, code research, and building design for the project in order to compete a CU package to submit to the city and university.
