Prado | Affordable Multifamily Housing | Fountain Valley, California

I was brought in as a consultant to DNA and M3 Architecture to assist in the exterior planning and design of this unique affordable housing project. This 50 unit project sits on approximately 2 acres and was the first affordable housing project in Fountain Valley. The design of the buildings and community spaces was inspired by mid-century modern aesthetic, which resulted in a contemporary and elegant architecture with energetic design accents. Amenities include community area, leasing center, laundry, play structure for children, BBQ area, and outdoor gathering areas.
