Baden Station | Multifamily Housing | South San Francisco, California

I was brought in as a consultant to DNA Architecture to assist in the design and documentation of this 36 unit urban infill project in South San Francisco. This project was a part of South City’s new downtown core plan and includes 3 affordable units, a podium level outdoor gathering space, and a bike storage and repair room. The contemporary design maximizes light and views on the small urban site, and brings an elegant presence to the metropolitan area. The project is adjacent to the neighborhood’s main retail area so residents can easily access cafes, services, and workplaces via walking, biking, or public transit.
