Arista Clubhouse | Multifamily Residential Clubhouse | Las Vegas, Nevada

This Clubhouse encompassed a large amount of program including lounge, entertainment, fitness, function, leasing, pool, and mail facilities. The original design was completed in sketchup in order to test out numerous massing and color options. The sketchup model was then translated into a DD Level Revit model for use in DD and CD phase of work. Interior modeling of all spaces was also completed in Revit.
